In the running for "The cutest thing I've ever seen":
I’m sitting in bed, drinking chai and eating pumpkin pecan pie (thanks to Rachel and the people who didn’t eat it all at the party last night!), and Sox jumped up to see me, initially because he was interested in my food, but now he’s laying at my feet half asleep.
Just a minute or two ago, I moved and accidentally knocked my teddy bear (shhh…yes, I still sleep with a teddy bear!) onto the floor. Sox’s eyes got big, and he looked toward the floor to see my poor teddy bear had fallen face-down. He watched with concern as I picked it back up and sat it up straight in front of the headboard. Only when he was certain everything was okay did he put his head down to rest. So cute.
I still sleep with a teddy bear.
and some mornings, I wake up and he’s on the floor.
I then feel really bad and put him in my bed so he can catch up on any sleep he lost on the hard floor.
and your cat is adorable.
